Care:

All Oh, SAND! pieces are made of materials that can be used indoors only. They are designed to be durable, but must not be in contact with water and humidity. Clean with soft, dry cloth.

Shipping:

Orders ship within 5 business days unless otherwise noted.
Upon shipping you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. Shipping is done through the USPS unless otherwise noted.

Returns and exchanges:

Due to limited, handmade nature of each item, we cannot offer returns. If damaged on arrival, please contact violanng@outlook.com within 7 days of receipt, and include a photo of the damaged item. We will do our best to create a replacement for damaged pieces or give you store credit as soon as possible. If an order is lost or stolen please contact USPS directly with the shipping information. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
